4. Acceptable Use

6. AI Technology & Accuracy Disclaimer

6.1. Nature of AI Services. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and Large Language Models ("LLM") to generate questions, answers, and explanations. You acknowledge that AI is an evolving technology and may produce output that is inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading ("Hallucinations").

6.2. Educator Responsibility. The Service is designed as an assistant to, not a replacement for, professional educational judgment. You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before distributing it to students.

6.3. No Academic Warranty. AutoQuiz.ai makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of generated mathematical solutions, historical facts, or scientific data. We are not liable for any academic consequences, grading errors, or educational outcomes resulting from the use of unverified AI content.

6.4. Math & Logic Limitations. You specifically acknowledge that current AI models may occasionally struggle with complex calculation, logic puzzles, or spatial reasoning. Always perform a manual check of numerical answers and formulas.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

8. Fair Use Policy

At AutoQuiz.AI, we strive to provide educators and students with powerful AI tools to revolutionize learning. To ensure a high-quality experience, consistent performance, and affordable pricing for everyone, the following Fair Use provisions apply to all paid plans.

9. Usage Limits

Our "Pro" plans are designed for individual, human use in a standard educational context. While Pro plans offer "Unlimited" storage and high daily generation limits, these are subject to the following "Fair Use" thresholds:

  • Human Use Only: Services must be initiated manually by a human user. Use of scripts, bots, or automated scrapers to generate content is strictly prohibited.
  • Individual Use: Subscriptions are for a single user. Sharing login credentials across a department, classroom, or study group is a violation of these terms.
  • Daily Generation Caps: To protect system stability, generation is subject to a soft daily limit, e.g., 10 quizzes per day (~300 per month).

10. Excessive Usage Handling

If your usage consistently exceeds 3x the average user volume over a 30-day period, we may take the following steps:

  • Optimization Review: We may contact you to understand your use case and provide tips on how to use the tool more efficiently.
  • Throttling: We reserve the right to temporarily slow down (throttle) generation speeds for accounts that place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
  • Plan Migration: If your needs are consistently higher than standard individual use, we may invite you to transition to an Institutional or Enterprise plan.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are considered a violation of Fair Use and may result in immediate account suspension:

  • Using AutoQuiz.AI to generate content for the purpose of reselling it on third-party marketplaces.
  • Bulk-generating thousands of quizzes in a single month for the purpose of archiving content before canceling a subscription.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or "stress-test" our system beyond educational needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoQuiz.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the platform
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the platform

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoQuiz.AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Changes to Terms
